We have developed pre-qualification packages, management plans, capability statements, schedules of design and construction, small business subcontracting plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, architectural and design-build narratives, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plans. We incorporate our knowledge of the various components of federal contracting into the proposal process, including project management, project deliverables, Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR, cost administration, and labor management.
